After saying hello, we'll grab the cablecar which brings us in hiking distance for our first photo and sleeping location.

*approximate hiking duration on this day is 90-120 min's*
*difficulty in physical fitness: easy - moderate*

Day 2

Those who would like to shoot a sunrise can join me on an early shooting arround 4 am ;)
After that we enjoy a nice served breakfast in our hut.

Hopefully filled with new energy we hike back to the cable car station and then to our next location, where we also shoot the sunset at. The views we will see during this hike are some of the nicest you can imagine.
Our "Hotel" is quite near to this place and offers a high standard for an area like this.

*approximate hiking duration on this day is 2-4 hours - on well maintained mountain terrain*
*there is the possibility to take a transport from the village to our hotel instead of hiking (not included)*

Jurassic Land

Day 3

After shooting Sunrise and having breakfast we need to hike for about 2 hours until we reach our mountain guesthouse. After having some lunch we grab a cable car which will bring us to nearly 3850 m a.s.l

The views from the vistas are pretty impressive, even during daytime!
We will have plenty of time on this location. So nobody will be in a rush.

After that, we get back to our guesthouse. We'll also shoot sunset near this location...
Anyway, if someone of the group feels tired, he can just relax on place.

*approximate hiking duration on this day is 90-120 min's*

The flow

Day 4

After a hopefully great Sunrise experience and breakfast we'll hike back to the Cable Car and go  down to the village.
Today we'll leave the French part of the alps and enter Switzerland, my Homecountry.
We'll drive for about 2 hours to our next location. Zermatt, the home of the Matterhorn, one of the most unique mountains of our planet.

Our hike will lead us to an impressiv and not often photographed location.
We'll also cross a glacier on this hike. Due to our safety, from now on, a professional mountain guide will join our group.

*approximate hiking duration on this day is 4.5 hours*
*difficulty in physical fitness: moderate
(no technical knowledge in mountaineering needed)
(steep terrain, we also have to go down a vertical ladder. If necessary, the mountain guide can secure you on this part)
If you're uncertain about your ability in joining this hike you can contact me and I'm happy to help!

Day 5

We stay one more day above the glacier and explore the area for the best composition.
We'll sleep in the same accomodation as we did the previous day.

*approximate hiking duration on this day depends on what the group likes...
*difficulty in physical fitness: Moderate

Day 6

We'll stay one more day around the Matterhorn.
This day we'll descend towards Zermatt. Depending on the weather we'll either hike down the glacier we've been overlooking the past days or hike the same path we came from. Depending on which route we chose, the hike will take up to 5 hours (excl. resting time). Arriving down in Zermatt you have time to relax and enjoy this beautiful mountain village. In the evening we'll enjoy a typical swiss dinner together.

*approximate hiking duration on this day is 4-6 hours*
*difficulty in physical fitness: moderate
(no technical knowledge in mountaineering needed)

Above the giant

Day 7

We have to leave early to get to our new location in the bernese alps where another impressive glacier awaits us: the Aletsch Glacier, the biggest glacier of the alps!. Our starting point for the next glacier hike is at appx. 3454m above sea level. During the trekking we'll enjoy beautiful mountain sceneries until we reach todays hut which perches above the glacier. Our mountain guide makes sure you'll stay safe all the time.

*approximate hiking duration on this day is 3 - 4 hours
*difficulty in physical fitness: moderate, we'll have to go up a steep stair (no worries it has got a stair-rail) to reach the hut

Day 8

Before sunrise we'll leave the hut and walk down the massive Aletsch Glacier. Back on the glacier, we'll make sure we find a nice location to shoot the sunrise. Around noon we'll reach our last guesthouse. As soon as we arrive there you'll have plenty of time to explore the area and find the perfect spots for our photography.

This area offers one of the best glacier views of the alps. I'm sure you all will find an awesome location to shoot your favorite time of day.

*approximate hiking duration on this day is 4 hours
*difficulty in physical fitness: easy - moderate

Spirit of light

Day 9

After the sunrise shoot, we'll have to hike back to the cablecar which will bring us down to the Village.
Fully packed with lots of new memories and hopefully great and unique pictures, we'll drive back to Geneva airport, where our tour comes to an end.
