Day 1

I will meet You around 10 am in Banff, Alberta - the gate to the amazing Rockies and the start of our adventure. Today we’ll sleep in the town of Banff so we have the chance to explore the surroundings it has to offer - and that’s a ton! Let’s have a short walk through Banff, get to know each other and after that, We’ll get serious. I'll show you some quite promising spots. And if the weather is nice to us, I'm pretty sure that i'll see some happy faces!

Those are some great views... Aren't they?

Day 2-3

Let’s get up for our first Sunrise! There are still a lot of great spots around Banff. Let's check them out!  After the Sunrise shoot, We’ll head towards our main area. The Columbia Icefields.

If We have a good day, You won’t believe Your eyes! Peaks and Lakes surround You and You’ll instantly know why You’re there! We will spend the day driving and exploring the area to to find THAT spot for sunset.

Just around Banff

After our sunset shoot, We’ll head to our rustic hut where we will stay for 2 days. You’ll find pit toilets but there won’t be a shower, nor will there be any running water! Sorry Guys, You can’t capture a winner shot by staying in your comfort zone! After all we ARE ADVENTURERS! But lets be clear: The accomodation has everything we need. There is pottable water, a fully equipped kitchen inside with a heated dining room as well as heated sleeping cabins and a SAUNA:) What else do we need? a Fire in the fire pit perhaps and a few beers? Yeah! that could be arranged ;) Most importantly, We’re on location! We don’t need to get up at 2 a.m. and drive 3 hours everyday just to get to an OK spot... WE’RE IN IT!

Calm down

Day 4-5

Today it's time to move to another mountain hut with the same standards as the one we just had before. Now we are located much closer to Jasper National Park and some other really picturesque areas. Glaciers, frozen lakes, fields of untouched snow and endless river valleys. I'm sure we will have lots of fun while exploring those places to find Your unique composition!

The collapse
The rising
Come closer

Day 6

I'm pretty sure that you now have your favorites! Let's go even deeper. When you begin to know the area you'll see even more to shoot out there! We use the whole day for exploring. Believe me... there is more!

We'll sleep in the mountain hut from our first night on Icefield

Wrong Way

Day 7

Sadly, everything comes to an end :( After a hopefully great sunrise shooting it's time to say goodbye. We will drop off no later than noon in Banff.
